2.5 Syarat pembayaran yang disepakati oleh Para Pihak
2.6 Aspek K3L (dan lainnya), yang sesuai dengan sifat barang/jasa
2.7 Evaluasi dilakukan dengan memberikan penilaian terhadap kriteria tersebut dengan nilai
A. SANGAT BAIK
B. BAIK
C. CUKUP
D. KURANG
2.8 Dan kemudian menjumlahkan nilai dari penilainnya tidak memiliki nilai KURANG untuk semua kriteria yang ada
2.9 Penilaian akan dicatatkan pada lembar hasil evaluasi vendor yang mencantumkan data-data vendor dan hasil penilaian serta
kesimpulan yang diambil.
2.10 Vendor yang dapat memenuhi hasil penilaian sesuai pada point 2.7 akan digunakan kembali untuk periode berikutnya.
2.11 Sedangkan vendor yang tidak memenuhi syarat tersebut tidak akan dipergunakan untuk periode berikutnya.
